V K Rajagopalan
Hi from Raj,
I am a commerce graduate along with an MBA in Marketing. I am also an ERP financial consultant certified by SAP Germany.
I have had a long career, spanning over 30 years, working for multinationals in the field of IT as a Programmer as well as in management positions. I started my online business in Jan, 2006 after quitting my high-paying full time job and never looked back.
I started as an affiliate marketer but quickly became an expert in all aspects of SEO, both online and offline as well as web design and development. I have been successful in applying white-hat SEO techniques to my business despite all sorts of Google tantrums over the years.
I started Paduka Consultants as a proprietorship concern. Then, in 2011, my Company evolved into a Limited Liability entity and rechristened as Paduka Consultants Pvt. Ltd.
Since 2013, I and my team have been offering our expertise in SEO and other areas to individuals as well as corporates with great results.
Websites, if not protected, are prone to hacking. Over the years, with an experience of designing hundreds of websites, I have developed the skills to protect a website, especially WordPress websites, from hacking attack. I employ a combination of WP plugins as well as system level protection to ensure that a site is reasonably safe from hackers.
Having designed, developed and maintained hundreds of WordPress websites over the years as part of my online business, website maintenance was, actually, forced upon me with the result that I have become highly proficient in efficiently maintaining WordPress websites.
So, I have decided to also help users in the area of WordPress Website Maintenance in a way that will help them to forget worrying about their websites’ maintenance and security.
I would love to hear back from you and also let us keep in touch via Facebook, Twitter, Google+ or LinkedIn.
Hi, I’m Rohit Rajagopalan.
Many people have a hard time pronouncing my first name (my last name is a whole other story!). I usually go by Robit, Rojit, Rohif and the less common, Robert (this one lady couldn’t pronounce my first name to save her life, so she decided to call me Robert instead!).
Ever since I can remember, I wanted to be a mechanical engineer. I’m also really into automobiles. I decided to follow my passion for automobiles & my love for dismantling/building things and became an automobile engineer. However, my priorities changed and I defected over to management. My passion for sales grew and I have never looked back since.
I look after the business development side of UUPkeep.com, while my dad (Yes, it’s a family business) takes care of the business as a whole. He is also a web designer, expert in SEO, WordPress security & maintenance, keyword analysis and the list goes on and on… (Wow! And I like to think I know a lot!).
At my previous job in Singapore, I started out as a business development intern (I was offered a full-time job at the end), but was promoted to an Account Executive instead. During my internship, I played a crucial role in launching sales in the Singapore market. I strongly believe that it is only possible to grow the business if existing clients are 100% happy and that the best compliment someone can give us is a referral. I would like to quote one of Steve Job’s most memorable quotes, that I take to heart –
“Quality is much better than quantity. One home run is better than two doubles”.
Well, this is about me. Feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn or Facebook and drop me a line sometime!
My name is Bharat Rajagopalan and unlike Rohit, I don’t have much of an issue with people pronouncing my name. Mainly because they end up calling me Bart (probably from The Simpsons) from the get-go!
As a kid, I used to spend as much time as possible playing games, much to my mom’s annoyance. I decided at a very early stage that I wanted to have a career in game development, probably because I wanted to keep playing more and more. I decided to take up economics as a fall-back in case game development was a bust.
After 2 years of studying economics, I found that I had no aptitude for it but instead had an aptitude for web development (I spent a good deal of the 2 years creating and maintaining a friend’s website) and foreign languages, for some reason. I have so far learnt Japanese and plan to learn as many languages as possible (my personal goal is 10)!
While my friend no longer has the website I started my web development journey on, but I have since created several websites. These range from eCommerce websites to product review blogs. Pretty much anything you could set up on WordPress (which is practically anything). The last website I created was a product review website, check it out at ReviewzRock.com.
Now, I help my dad with the development and maintenance of his websites. I have a strong passion for the creativity that goes into designing websites. I strongly believe that one person alone is not enough to achieve an end result that everyone is happy with, which is why I am open to any and all constructive criticism, ideas and suggestions.
So on those lines, if you have any thoughts, suggestions or ideas about my work or just want to say hi then feel free to connect with me on Facebook or LinkedIn.

My name is Aditya. This is my eleventy-first year in this company. Before this, I did not have gray hair and was generally into day-to-day office administration. Raj taught me so much, that I would have never learnt, if I hadn’t joined him. When I did join, we were the only two people in the company. I have seen his company grow from then in revenue and the journey has been one to remember.
I must say that Raj has taught me with enormous patience, which is definitely his best quality. When I’m not promoting blog articles or making sure all the companies websites are maintained and updated, I would be doing Raj’s accounting and other back office activities. This has definitely been a journey to remember and I look forward to the coming days! Things are moving here at breakneck speed!
In my spare time, I usually do some community work because I like to give back to the society as much as I can. This is me guys! Hit me up sometime on LinkedIn or Facebook!
